• Unlimited Previews

As part of our dedication to excellence, we offer unlimited previews of your custom pet portraits or products. You will receive a digital preview of your customized product, and we will only proceed to dispatch it once you have given your full approval.

Note: If we do not receive your approval within 7 days of sending the final preview, we will assume you are satisfied with the design, and the product will be shipped as is.

• Damaged Portraits or Products

In the rare event that your product is damaged during transit, don’t worry! We have you covered. Here’s how we handle such situations:

- Notify Us: If your portrait or product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it at [email address] with clear images showing the damage.

- Replacement: Once we verify the damage, we will send you a new portrait or product at no additional cost.

• No Refunds on Approved Portraits

Since all of our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds once you have approved the final design. Once dispatched, the sale is considered final. However, if there are any concerns prior to approval, we will work diligently to address them.
